It’s great to be a part of the growth of our clients and especially with Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group. This was our third completed project with them since September 2017 and we are thankful we were provided this opportunity to continue this relationship.
38North was engaged as the General Contractor to provide construction services to renovate a portion of their existing Physical Therapy space into their Express Urgent Care. The space is located on the 1st level of their facility, below the Surgery Center on the 2nd floor. Collaborating closely with CSOG and CBRE (Property Manager), the demolition and disruptive activities were pre-planned and completed off-hours to keep any disruptions to the Surgery Center and existing spaces to a minimum.
Construction began the end of March 2017 with the heavy demolition of walls and installation of the new Samsung GF50 X-Ray unit. Over the 6 week schedule we created a new 3-space M.A. Station, 3 exam spaces, new reception area and new finishes throughout. The project opened on May 7, 2018 and has been a success in the portfolio of Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group.
