38North Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group – Audubon Orthotics and Prosthetics expansion South Campus.
The project consisted of the fit-out of 2900sf of existing shelled space that included 4 new exam rooms, a gym area for testing and tuning, support spaces and a new orthotic and prosthetics lab. The project is located in an existing building with adjacent occupied spaces so consideration in keeping the facility operating with no disruptions was key to this successful project.
